This Privacy Policy explains how Mendr handles information when you use the app and website.

Information the app uses

• Gameplay progress, puzzle completion, stars, booster inventory, lives, settings, achievements, and secret discoveries may be stored on your device.
• Local analytics events may be recorded on your device to help improve puzzle balance and app stability.
• If ads are shown, Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and ad interaction data according to your iOS privacy settings and Google’s policies.
• If you purchase Remove Ads, Apple processes the transaction through the App Store under Apple’s own privacy terms.
• If you allow notifications, Mendr may schedule local reminders for lives recovery, unfinished wounds, and optional daily prompts. No account is required.

Information the website uses

The marketing website is a static site and does not require an account. The contact page opens your email app with a draft message; it does not store form submissions on our servers. Your browser may send standard request information, such as IP address and user agent, to Cloudflare so the website can be served securely.

How information is used

• To save game progress, settings, and Mend Kit inventory.
• To show objectives, stars, map colour-in, and puzzle results.
• To show banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads where available, unless Remove Ads is purchased.
• To send optional local notifications you have enabled.
• To diagnose app issues when you contact support.

Third-party services

• Apple App Store and StoreKit.
• Google Mobile Ads.
• Cloudflare Pages for website hosting.

Your controls

• Use in-app Settings to control music, sound effects, notifications, and board preferences.
• Purchase Remove Ads to hide banner advertising in the app footer.
• Use iOS Settings to control app permissions, tracking, and advertising preferences.
• Delete the app to remove local app data from your device. Some information held by Apple, Google, or Cloudflare is controlled by those providers.

Children

Mendr is intended for a general audience. The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
