Getting help

If something is not working as expected, use the contact form or email support@cody1.co.uk with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. In the app, open Settings for audio, notifications, and Remove Ads.

Common fixes

• Update to the latest version of Mendr from the App Store.
• Restart the app if audio or ads do not load.
• Check your internet connection for ads and App Store purchases.
• Check iOS Settings if notifications or advertising preferences need changing.
• Restore purchases from Settings if Remove Ads does not appear after buying.

Gameplay help

• Tap a tile, then an adjacent one — or swipe. A match of three pops. Longer matches leave specials on the board.
• Swap a special gem to fire it. Swap two specials to combo.
• 1★ clears the puzzle. Leftover moves become extra stars.
• 2★ earns a Hammer. 3★ earns a Tide Shuffle. 3★ every puzzle in a location earns a Rune Blast.
• Vines wrap a gem — match it to peel the vine. Rocks break when matched beside them. Ice thaws when matched beside it. Crust hides a gem until you match next to it.
• Some ice only breaks for blue gems. Some sealed stone only opens for purple gems.

Mend Kit

• Hammer: tap any tile to smash it.
• Tide Shuffle: stir the board without costing a move.
• Rune Blast: tap a tile to blast its entire row.
• Each tool is gifted once with a coach overlay, then earned with stars. Inventory caps at five of each.

Lives and notifications

Mendr uses five lives with timed recovery. You can enable local notifications for lives full, unfinished wounds, and an optional daily reminder. Notifications are scheduled on your device and do not require an account.

Ads and Remove Ads

A banner ad may appear in the app footer. Purchase Remove Ads in Settings to hide banner advertising. Rewarded ads may still be offered for optional extras such as an additional life.
